Petition for Review Granted

In Toure v. Attorney General of the United States, 443 F.3d 310 (3d Cir. 2006), Mr. Mazur’s client (an applicant for asylum) sought review of a negative Board of Immigration Appeals decision before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. This case resulted in a published decision (published decisions are relatively rare). The court granted Mr. Mazur’s petition.

Foreign Investors Granted Lawful Permanent Residence

Mr. Mazur has represented many clients who sought lawful permanent residence through investments in regional centers. This generally takes place under the EB-5 immigrant investor program.
